1. Global Shipping & Tax Policy

We provide Free Shipping to over 70 countries on all wheelset orders placed via our official website.

Tax-Included Shipping (DDP)

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we offer Tax-Included (Duty-Paid) shipping for the following regions:

  • ■ European Union (EU): All 27 member states.
  • ■ United Kingdom: Duty-free delivery for all wheelset orders.

Riders in these regions will not be required to pay additional customs duties or VAT upon delivery when the Tax-Included method is selected.

Excluded Regions & Logistics Surcharges

Due to high operational costs for specific destinations, a shipping surcharge applies to:

Turkey, Israel, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

2. Production & Delivery Timelines

Calculation: Total Lead Time = Order Processing + Factory Production + Logistics Transit.

Order Processing

  • ■ Monday - Friday: Processed within 24 hours.
  • ■ Weekend Orders: Processed the following Monday.
  • ■ International shipments require 3-5 business days for final QC and documentation.

Factory Production

  • ■ In-Stock Rims: Professional assembly and testing within 2 business days.
  • ■ Custom Orders: 5-10 business days for precision building.

Transit Times

  • ■ Premium Delivery (DPD/UPS/FedEx): 10-15 business days.
  • ■ Standard Delivery: 15-30 days (subject to local customs).

3. Technical Protection & Insurance

Reinforced Packaging Standards

VOSO wheelsets are shipped in high-density, double-walled reinforced export cartons. We utilize customized internal stabilization brackets to ensure wheels remain perfectly true throughout the journey.

Transit Insurance Coverage

Every shipment is fully insured by VOSO. In the event of transit damage, VOSO will provide a full replacement at no additional cost to the rider.

Delivery Restrictions

  • ■ Wheelsets Only: Free shipping is exclusive to wheelset orders.
  • ■ Address: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
