*   **Custom Builds:** Please allow 10-15 business days for assembly and precision tensioning.

### Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use premium carriers including **DPD** to ensure reliable delivery.
*   **Delivery Time:** Typically 10-15 business days depending on your location.

### Duties, Taxes & VAT
*   **EU & UK Customers:** We offer **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)** shipping options for most regions. This means all import duties and VAT are included in the final checkout price—no surprise charges at your door.
*   **Other Regions:** For countries outside the EU/UK, import duties and taxes may be collected by the carrier upon delivery according to local laws.

### Shipment Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.

### Damage in Transit
