# VOSO 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At VOSO, we want you to be 100% confident in your choice. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with EU/UK consumer protection laws.

### 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.

### Return Conditions
*   **Condition:** Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. 
*   **Installation:** Installation of tires, rotors, or cassettes constitutes acceptance of the product’s physical condition. Once installed, wheelsets are no longer eligible for non-defect returns.
*   **Diminished Value:** If wheels are returned showing signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for diminished value (typically 50-80%) from your refund.

### How to Initiate a Return
1.  Complete our [After-Sales Request Form](/pages/after-sales-request).
2.  Wait for our technical team to review your request and issue an RMA number. 
3.  Do not ship any items back without prior official approval.

### Shipping Costs
*   **Non-Defect Returns:** The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
*   **Verified Defects:** VOSO will cover or reimburse shipping costs for valid warranty claims within the first 2 years of the legal guarantee period.

### Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
