1. The Contract

A binding contract between VOSO and you is formed only when we send you a "Dispatch Confirmation" email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock discrepancies.

2. Pricing & EU VAT

All prices are in Euro (€). For EU-based customers, prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. For non-EU countries, you are responsible for any local import duties upon arrival.

3. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Window)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days to withdraw, which VOSO extends to 30 days. Refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt. If wheels show signs of use, a diminished value deduction will apply.

4. Usage & Safety

Riders must adhere to the Maximum System Weight of 200kg (440lbs). Use beyond the intended discipline (e.g., DH riding on road wheels) voids all warranty claims.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOSO’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product. VOSO is not liable for incidental damage to personal property or injury, except where prohibited by law.

6. Jurisdiction & Arbitration

Governing Law: Hong Kong SAR. Dispute Resolution: HKIAC. EU/UK residents may also rely on mandatory local consumer protections and bring proceedings before their local competent courts.
