120J Triple Impact
3 × 120J impacts on one rim. 360J cumulative. Three times the UCI 40J energy. Pass: no fracture. Runout ≤ 0.5mm, against 1.0mm permitted by the UCI after a single strike.
Burst Pressure Test
Static pressure to 200 PSI (13.8 bar). Lab burst test. Not a riding pressure. Not a rim rating. Follow the pressure marked on your tire sidewall.
UCI Homologation
SCOM: listed on the UCI approved wheels list, Technical Regulation Art. 1.3.018. VOSO: same dimensional requirements, not yet listed. Homologation in preparation.
±0.2mm Tolerance
Radial/lateral deviation ≤ 0.2mm, assembled wheel. Workshop limits: 0.5mm lateral, 1.0mm radial. Ours: 2.5× and 5× tighter.
Dynamic Balance
100% digital balance analysis. Mass compensation built into the layup at the valve position. Fewer external balance weights.
Tension Uniformity
Same-side tension deviation within ± 5% of target. Even load distribution. Consistent impact force dissipation.
Carbon Spoke System
Pull strength > 2.94kN (≈ 300kgf) per T-head carbon spoke. 100,000+ load-stretch cycles at 1.96kN. No bonding failure.
Aero Development
Profiles developed in CFD, evaluated 0–20° yaw. No comparative drag figures published. CFD is a design tool, not proof of real-world ranking.
Pro-Team Endurance
20,000km+ annual race mileage: St George Continental, China Anta–Mentech. 2023–2026. No structural replacements. Tension held within ± 5%.
