Points Value & Redemption

  • 50 points = $1 / €1 credit toward any purchase on voso-wheels.com
  • Points can be combined with most other discounts and promotions
  • Maximum points discount: 10% off listed product price
  • Points are non-transferable and hold no cash value
  • Points expire 24 months after they are earned
  • If a product purchased with points is returned, points will not be reissued

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Open to anyone who has registered on voso-wheels.com and purchased a VOSO wheelset or accessory. One account per person. Program is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  2. Earning points: Purchase points are automatically credited upon order shipment, calculated on product price minus taxes and shipping. Contribution points are manually reviewed and credited within 15 business days of submission.
  3. Submission: All contributions must be original content. Plagiarized or AI-generated content will not be accepted. VOSO reserves the right to reject any submission.
  4. Modifications: VOSO reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
  5. Abuse: VOSO may revoke points earned through fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized means. Accounts engaging in manipulative behavior (fake engagement, review farming) will be banned.
  6. Expiry & Forfeiture: Points expire 24 months after the earning date. Upon program termination or account deletion, all unredeemed points are forfeited.
  7. Disputes: VOSO has final say in determining point eligibility and reward fulfillment.
